This prestigious six storeyed building was constructed out of funds generated through donations from members. The inauguration was in the year 2008. It has offices of IMA and eight colleague organizations. It is centrally located on Tilak Road, near Swargate area. These premises are available on hourly basis for academic, social, cultural programmes as well as for family functions and get-togethers.
The building comprises of four halls of varying dimensions to suit the needs of the occupying party. There is a partially covered terrace on sixth floor with beautiful scenic view of surrounding area. The parking area on ground floor & basement is spacious.

Only IMA members allowed – can be used for small group meetings of 20-30 persons. Optional A.C. facility.
